€350.00 EUR

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
History: The Darlot Hemispherique Rapide lens was designed as succesor to the Dallmeyer Rapid Rectilinear or Steinheils Aplanat. It was introduced in 1866 and did its job with great success.  The layout offers a nice push & pull fine focus in the lens.

The lens features a focal lenght of 380mm (or 15") and an open aperture F8. It will cover formats up to 11"x14" or even 12"x15".

Condition: This specimen comes in a nice and authentic condition. The brass still shows the nice and warm patina of time passed. The glass is mostly in good condition also, there are a couple of fine scratches front and back, but nothing that would really affect the image quality overall.

Lens comes with the original flange.
