The 8" Pentac lens is known for its bokeh and is excellent for portrait work. With its F2.9 it will offer a very nice and distinct DOF and the 5 element layout which is similar to the Voigtländer Heliar will offer a great bokeh. It will work best for 4x5 and even 5x7 formats.

Condition: The barrell is absolute nice, it is the only one so far that comes without the black paint. Im not sure if it was made this way (or more likely) stripped of it at some point, but it look quite amazing now. The glass is in a very good condition also, there are very minimal cleaning marks, if any. The aperture runs smooth. from F2.9 to F11.

The lens comes complete with the flange and even the original Box!
