Here you see a quite impressive lens made by the famous german workshop: Hugo Meyer Görlitz. This lens features the well known Doppel Anastigmat layout, which also was marketed by Goerz under the name 'Dagor'. The focal lenght is 300mm (or 12") at a max. aperture of F6.8, those are the same specs as the No.6  Goerz Dagor. The image circle of this beast is very large and will offer potential for ULF formats.

The Doppelanastigmat is a very well corrected and super sharp lens design, which was highly praised in the early days of photography.

The condition of the lens is very good. The metall is covered by the protecting black lauqure which looks authentic to me and is present with only some minor signs of wear. The glass is mostly in good condition showing quite some tiny air bubbles (a sign of quality glass!), some minor specs and some cleaning marks as always.. The aperture is complete and working.


The lens comes with the original flange.
