The Ross Symmetrical features a similar layout as Dallmeyers well known Rapid Rectilinear lenses. They offer a great combination of beeing compact, lightweight and overall well corrected on the other hand.

This lens has a focal lenght of 380mm (or 15")at a speed of F8. I did testmount it and it covers 8x10 easily, probably even working up to 11x14 formats.

This tiny lens (weight is only 580gr!) will make a great travell companion for open air group portrait and landscape work.

Condition: The brass looks quite nice with a patina and some light signs of wear. The glass looks pretty good, it shows some scleaning marks and specs but both wont affect the image quality.  The best part is, that the lens comes with an iris aperture, which is still working smoothly.
