A fine specimen of a petzval design lens which comes from a German maker. The lens comes with a golden laquere which is in good shape. The rack & pinion is complete and still working smoothly. All in all its a very compact lens, which makes it a perfect companion for smaller cameras and field work. The best part is the very fast open aperture of around F3, which offers a fine and selective DOF for portraiture work.

With its focal lenght of 135mm it barely covers 4x5 at portrait distance, showing quite a lot of petzcal character and also some vignietting at the corners. There it shows a remarkable thing DOF and a characteristic bokeh in the background for a small budget.

Lens comes with a flange.
