History:  The Voigtländer Kollinear layout lenses was meant for the sharpest image production you can imagine back then and even today. The lens was realized with six elements in two groups. It is absolutely corrected on all levels and offers a fantastic rendered and absolute sharp picture throughout the image circle.

The No 4 from the Series II offers a focal lenght of 200mm and a starting aperture of F5.4. It was advertised for 5x7 formats, but it will lightly cover also 8x10. With the F5.4 aperture it is a handy piece of equipment that can be used as a landscape lens, for interior shots and even for portraits.

Condition: The condition of the brass is really nice and authentic, it shows only minor wear and a very nice golden patina. The glass is clear and shows onlythe lightest marks (if any). The iris aperture moves smoothly from F5.4 down to F71.

Lens comes with a massive flange that was custom made for it.
